ADVISA Adds Two to Fast-Growing Team 

Leader and culture effectiveness firm increases headcount in 2023 

ADVISA, a leader and culture effectiveness firm based in the Carmel Arts & Design District, announced today it has added two new team members to its growing Carmel-based staff.

The recently onboarded group includes Andrea Kimball as Systems + Administration Specialist and Kathy Wilson as a Project Specialist.

Kimball brings nearly 10 years of software development, account management, customer service, and sales experience to the A-Team. She is a graduate of the Eleven Fifty Academy and is a Salesforce Certified Associate.

With 18 years of experience, Wilson adds project management, customer service, and operations skills to the Learning + Development Team. Her diverse professional background will be instrumental in her ability to effectively connect and communicate with ADVISA’s clients to ensure program success.
