Andrea Armstrong

Andrea has a passion for helping organizations improve their business results by helping them to understand more about their most significant asset, their employees. It was this passion that fueled her decision to leave retail management and begin a new journey by completing her master’s degree in training and performance improvement from Northern Michigan University.

Upon graduation, she relocated to the Indianapolis area where she continued helping employees in their careers at a human capital management software firm. It was during this time in Indianapolis where Andrea found ADVISA whose mission and values aligned with her passion.

Andrea has been with ADVISA since 2019 and spends her time working with organizations to understand their people through data. Gaining insights into their current state, partnering with them to define their desired state, and designing a plan for how best to get there.

Today she and her husband live in the Grand Rapids area with two short-legged dogs, Bernard a dachshund and Otis a basset hound. They spend their time on the beach, boating, and enjoying the seasons changing from fall to winter by inviting the snowfall and winter activities.
