Bekah is passionate about equipping people with the tools they need to cultivate work environments where they can thrive. As a Learning + Development Specialist, she strives to create learning experiences that enhance people’s self-awareness, motivate them to take action, and encourage them to grow as leaders.
Prior to joining ADVISA, Bekah spent six years as a facilitator, using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment to help individuals and teams leverage their unique strengths at work. She also led a train-the-trainer program, supporting clients as they integrated strengths-based development into their organizations.
Bekah is a proud graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Interpersonal & Health Communication. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, enjoying good food, and exploring Indianapolis with her husband, Ryan, their son, Micah, and their pup, Reggie. She also volunteers with PourHouse, a nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis.
