Brian Millis has spent his career working with companies big and small. Through his engaging approach to consulting, he enjoys helping companies expand leadership capacity and improve productivity, team effectiveness, and problem-solving skills.
With roots in the Indy tech startup space, Brian realized the importance of a leaders’ role in sustainable organizational growth. He has since leveraged his experience in consultative sales with an uncommon passion for using objective data and meaningful leadership development to support ADVISA’s clients and team of consultants. He believes that capable leaders are self-aware, vulnerable, and maximize the gifts of other team members through effective communication and collaboration. Brian’s leadership has led organizations through change, conflict and triple-digit growth.
He makes the transition of integrating assessments and leadership development journeys seamless for his clients, often befriending them along the way. Brian serves as a key member of the ADVISA executive team and primarily focuses on coaching the A-Team consultants to help grow effective leaders who build magnetic work cultures. He is a proud graduate of DePauw University. He also enjoys spending time playing competitive pickleball, hiking, biking and exploring with his wife and three daughters.
