Combine fast response times, systems knowledge, and enthusiasm, and you’ll have Leslie Phillips. Serving as the Director of Operations at ADVISA, Leslie takes on challenging responsibilities such as Salesforce administration and supporting a growing team of leadership consultants. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped ADVISA improve our operations and streamlined processes.
A long-time contributor to the A-Team (she joined in March 2014), Leslie has been named “The Best A-Team Player” three times by colleagues in 2014, 2016 and 2023, and the “Game Changer Award” in 2021. She graduated from the Eleven Fifty Coding Academy with a focus on Web Development in November 2021, winning the Integrity Award for her cohort. She has four Salesforce certifications. Additionally, she became Salesloft certified in 2022.
Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and currently resides in Indianapolis. In her free time, you can find her planting flowers, playing with her Siamese Munchkin cat Reba, or watching documentaries.
